Warehouse Associate | 4-Day Work Week | $18/hr | Bloomfield, NY

Looking for a steady full-time warehouse job with a consistent schedule and a 3-day weekend every week? Join a growing recycling and material processing facility in Bloomfield, NY through Kelly Services!

This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse role working with electronics and recyclable materials. If you enjoy active work and being part of a team-driven environment, this could be a great fit.


Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
? 40 hours per week
? Every Friday–Sunday off


Pay & Opportunity

? $18.00 per hour
? Temp-to-Hire position

What You’ll Do

  • Sort, process, and prepare electronics and recyclable materials

  • Stack, palletize, and stage materials for shipment

  • Move products and materials throughout the facility

  • Assist with disassembly of electronic devices

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

  • Support different warehouse teams as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred (not required)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

  • Comfortable working on your feet and staying active for 10-hour shifts

  • Willingness to work in a dusty, industrial environment

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required

  • Strong attendance and dependability are essential
