Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Taunton, MA 02780
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $20.31/hour
Contract: Temp-to-hire
Position Summary:
Join our team to assemble products per customer specifications and work orders, ensuring high quality and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Qualifications:
- 1–3 years’ manufacturing experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Mathematical and measuring skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable working with cleaning solutions like Isopropyl Alcohol
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
- Willingness to use required safety equipment and PPE
- Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully in a team
Core Responsibilities:
- Assemble products following work orders, specifications, GMPs, and company policies
- Accurately document all production and quality records
- Use equipment such as branding machines, spooling equipment, tube rinsing equipment, and post cure ovens
- Perform set-up, operation, cleaning, and packaging for assigned tasks
- Assemble pump sets and package molded products
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet all production and quality standards
- Adhere to all safety rules and PPE requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
