Pay Rate: $55.00/hr | 6 Month Contract (Temp-to-Perm Potential)
Location: Franklin, MA/ 8am-5pm Monday-Friday 
Schedule: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Are you an experienced Production Planner with a background in manufacturing and supply chain? We are seeking a Production Planner to support scheduling, material planning, and production coordination in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do

  • Maintain production schedules and coordinate priorities across multiple manufacturing areas.

  • Review material availability, inventory levels, and production requirements to support on-time delivery.

  • Create and manage work orders while ensuring accurate production information in ERP systems.

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve material constraints.

  • Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages or excess materials.

  • Support new product builds, configuration updates, and ERP data maintenance.

  • Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

  • Coordinate material movement and support production teams with daily planning needs.

  • Track production progress and provide updates to internal teams.

  • Review production metrics and assist with process improvement initiatives.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling, planning, and workflow efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of production planning, material planning, or scheduling experience required 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of MRP, scheduling, inventory planning, and production processes.

  • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain team
