Job Title: Aluminum Panel Loader & Quality Control Associate
Location: Englewood, CO 80110
Pay: $24/hr – $29/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4×10 hour days)
Current OT: Fridays, as needed


Position Summary:

Join our production team as an Aluminum Panel Loader & Quality Control Associate! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn, grow, and develop new skills within a manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality of our aluminum powder coating process and be cross-trained in equipment maintenance and other production areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Load 20-foot aluminum panels into powder coat machines (not heavy, but must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally)

  • Complete visual and manual quality control inspections of finished panels

  • Rotate job duties with a teammate, including feeder responsibilities

  • Receive equipment maintenance training and assist with basic machinery upkeep and repairs

  • Learn and support other production processes to expand your knowledge and responsibility

  • Adhere to safety protocols in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (PPE required)

Requirements:

  • Equipment maintenance and some manufacturing experience required

  • Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn machinery repairs

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

  • Must wear steel toe or composite boots/shoes; safety glasses provided

  • Pass a 10-panel rapid urine drug test

  • Complete a background check with zero violent convictions, major recent theft charges, or sexual assault convictions
