Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
- Processing customer orders accurately in the system and coordinating with warehouse staff as needed.
- Entering and updating data for customer accounts, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and account reconciliations.
- Responding to customer inquiries professionally via phone and email, ensuring excellent service.
- Communicating and documenting order status, inventory, and shipping details accurately.
- Reconciling customer accounts and invoices, assisting with any discrepancies.
- Maintaining knowledge of warehouse operations to support order fulfillment and resolve issues.
- Performing other administrative duties to support office and warehouse teams as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in customer service, order processing, or as a Customer Service Representative
- Are proficient in computer skills, especially Excel, and can perform accurate data entry.
- Possess knowledge of warehouse practices or have prior exposure to warehouse environments (preferred).
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Can multitask and resolve customer issues efficiently.
