We are seeking a Quality Inspector to support our manufacturing line. You’ll perform detailed visual inspections and help maintain the highest product quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet requirements
Read and interpret visual aids, instructions, and engineering changes
Use inspection scopes (sometimes full-time) to check circuit boards and assemblies
Label boards and fill out related process paperwork
Enter results into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Investigate and report defects, suggest improvements, and escalate issues as needed
Train others on quality procedures
Maintain inspection records
Always follow safety and environmental standards

Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of related experience or equivalent training
Advanced reading, writing, and math skills (12th grade level)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Additional Requirements
Must earn and keep IPC Specialist and company quality certifications
Pass an annual precision test (gage R&R test)

Physical Requirements
Sit or stand for long periods
Walk, bend, lift, push carts, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Good close vision; frequent use of computers and inspection tools
Use of inspection scope is often required
Must wear safety glasses and steel-toed shoes in designated areas

Work Environment
Work on the manufacturing floor
Moderate noise level

Pay: $19/HR
