Pay: $26.50/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What’s a typical day as Dealer Claims and Registration Analyst? You’ll be:
– Handling incoming calls and correspondence from Dealers and Associates, ensuring effective communication and support.
– Validating and adjusting Company Vehicle Courtesy Delivery claims in the CICS mainframe, processing approximately 20 claims per month.
– Validating and processing Company Vehicle Maintenance and repair claims in the CICS mainframe, managing around 800 claims each month.
– Overseeing reimbursement for associate-paid claims and resolving registration/renewal status inquiries.
– Logging and distributing state plates/stickers for all company vehicles.
– Processing all company car and lease registration packets, totaling around 700 packets monthly.
– Managing the processing and distribution of renewals for all company vehicles, approximately 1,600 renewals each month.
– Validating toll violations and coordinating correspondence distribution to associates.
– Handling port repairs coordination with dealers and auctions to ensure timely resolutions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– An associate degree or higher
– Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in claims processing or vehicle registration preferred.
– Are proficient in using CICS mainframe systems or similar software applications.
– Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with dealers and associates.
– Are able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
