Lead the operations behind a growing luxury brand.

Kelly Services is partnering with an internationally recognized luxury retailer seeking a Head of Operations & Supply Chain to lead U.S. operations. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive management and offers the opportunity to build scalable processes while supporting rapid retail growth across boutiques, wholesale, and eCommerce.

If you’ve led operations, supply chain, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution for a luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty, accessories, jewelry, watch, or lifestyle brand, we’d love to speak with you.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead all U.S. operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory, customer service, and fulfillment.

  • Develop inventory strategies supporting retail stores, wholesale accounts, and eCommerce.

  • Manage forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and product allocation.

  • Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

  • Ensure import/export compliance, customs documentation, and broker management.

  • Lead customer service and order management for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.

  • Oversee repair and after-sales operations to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

  • Support inventory planning for boutique openings, product launches, VIP events, and special projects.

  • Build KPIs, improve operational performance, and implement scalable processes that support continued growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of eight operations professionals while partnering closely with global leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, Distribution, or Fulfillment.

  • Luxury retail experience strongly preferred. We welcome candidates from luxury fashion, jewelry, watches, beauty, cosmetics, accessories, footwear, apparel, handbags, premium consumer goods, and omnichannel retail.

  • Experience managing inventory across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.

  • Strong background with warehouse operations, transportation, customs, imports/exports, and 3PL management.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • ERP experience with strong Excel skills; CEGID or M3 experience is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
