Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour (1-year contract)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, OT hours may be required

What’s a typical day as Supply Management Planner? You’ll be:
- Communicating daily with suppliers regarding schedule releases and delivery plans
- Running supplier meetings to address delinquent orders and create delivery solutions
- Scheduling requirements for purchased materials, optimizing inventory levels, and material replenishment
- Investigating supplier or supply incidents and recommending timely actions
- Collecting and analyzing key cost drivers, market dynamics, and supplier data for decision-making support
- Reviewing contract performance and providing input for negotiations or renegotiations
- Performing routine inventory-control tasks, including quality and quantity checks
- Supporting stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings and events
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve processes
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Degree in Business/Management or equivalent related work experience
- Possess basic experience with office/operational systems
- Demonstrate strong and effective verbal communication skills
- Excel at multi-tasking and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Can align urgency with action and analyze information from multiple sources
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Supply Management or related experience is a plus
- Experience in areas outside of supply management (e.g., material flow, operations) is a plus
