Pay Rate: $17–$30/hour
Shift: Third Shift, 10:00pm – 7:00am
Location:  Auburn Hills, MI

Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Direct Fulfillment Operators for our third shift team. This position is responsible for efficiently performing manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure on-time shipments of high-quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manually assemble systems using torque drivers and hardware according to predetermined volumes

  • Conduct functional testing on completed systems as per established work processes

  • Pull necessary materials from flow racks and bin locations

  • Perform backflush operations using computer operating systems

  • Participate in physical inventory counts within designated areas

  • Maintain cleanliness and 5S order at all times

  • Consistently follow all safety rules and utilize required protective equipment

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or one to three months of related experience and/or training

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work third shift (10:00pm – 7:00am)
