Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Shift: The standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but you must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on business needs. The position also requires mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work.

What’s a typical day as Contact Center Customer Service Inbound? You’ll be:

Answering incoming calls from the public regarding election-related inquiries
-
Assisting voters with updating their voter registration records
-
Supporting voters with changing party affiliation, as permitted
-
Providing information on how and where to register to vote
-
Informing voters of polling locations for early voting and Election Day
-
Responding to basic questions about voting procedures and requirements
-
Maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times

Managing high-pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing priorities
