Kelly Engineering is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support a global leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong supply chain planning experience with advanced analytical skills. We are looking for someone who can do more than run reports — someone who can analyze trends, challenge forecasts, identify risks, and turn data into business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Own demand, supply, and inventory planning within a global supply chain environment
• Analyze forecast trends, historical demand, inventory levels, and supply risks
• Review planning system recommendations and validate if the data makes business sense
• Identify gaps between forecasted demand and actual usage
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer support, and operations teams
• Recommend inventory and planning adjustments based on data analysis
• Support continuous improvement through analytics and automation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience
• Strong demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management background
• Hands-on SAP or ERP experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with large datasets and using data to drive decisions
• SQL experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred:

• Service parts / aftermarket planning experience
• Medical device, diagnostics, biotech, semiconductor, or complex manufacturing experience
• Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools

The ideal candidate enjoys digging into data, solving problems, and figuring out the story behind the numbers.
