Job Title: Legal Office Clerk (Legal Assistant II)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.66/hour
Contract: Through December 31, 2026
Join our team as a Legal Office Clerk and support critical legal operations in a fast-paced government office. This position offers a hybrid schedule—initially onsite, with the option to work remotely one day per week after training. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and excel at multitasking, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and document support to legal staff.
- Organize and file legal correspondence and reports.
- Use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe platforms.
- Assist with research and case management tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computer programs (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Legal or office experience preferred.
- Local candidates required—must list current location on resume.
- Available for in-person interview and able to start within 2 weeks of an offer.
Work Arrangement:
Full-time (40 hrs/week), training is onsite; after training, hybrid schedule with 1 remote day/week.
