Customer Service Coordinator – Warehouse & Logistics
Location: Gardena, CA
Pay: $22-23 DOE
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday- Saturday, 
Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday. 
9pm-5:30am

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations? We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our warehouse and international forwarding operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service.

  • Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including distribution, cross-dock, CFS, and FTZ activities.

  • Assist with onboarding new clients into the warehouse management system and establish customer service and invoicing processes.

  • Maintain accurate business documentation, including filing, retrieval, and archiving of CFS, FTZ, and related records.

  • Prepare and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer rate agreements.

  • Audit cost sheets and verify AS400 system entries with supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate warehouse and gateway operations to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Assist in resolving transportation, billing, and invoicing issues.

  • Communicate with customers by providing shipment updates, reports, and status information.

  • Resolve customer concerns while following company policies and customer agreements.

  • Provide cross-functional support to warehouse operations as needed.

  • Process billing activities and submit vendor payables for approval.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service within a warehouse, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environment preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS); AS400 experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of CFS, FTZ, distribution, or international forwarding is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
