Pay Rate:
$19.80/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am)
Training: Must be available for day shift training (3 weeks)


Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler Operator to join our 3rd shift team. In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in our high-performing manufacturing environment, preparing equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient operations.
Note: Candidates will initially train on the day shift for 3 weeks. On-site visits can be arranged if preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare machines and equipment for use at the start of each shift

  • Conduct quality checks utilizing inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators

  • Maintain clear communication with setup staff, technicians, and supervisors regarding issues or discrepancies

  • Accurately complete quality inspection documentation and make necessary product or process adjustments

  • Identify product defects and follow correct reporting protocols for repairs and documentation

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production specifications for proper product assembly

  • Comply with all safety and quality procedures to ensure the highest manufacturing standards

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

  • Familiarity with mechanical systems and inspection equipment is strongly desirable

  • Basic computer navigation and documentation skills

  • Strong attention to detail, high energy, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry up to 30 lbs safely and consistently

  • Push or pull up to 180 lbs with assistance using a hand dolly

  • Perform repetitive tasks that require manual dexterity (task rotation provided)

  • Stand, sit, walk, and balance for extended periods throughout your shift (8-10 hours)

  • Work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment (potential high heat)
