We’re seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to work at a premier U.S. Legal Support firm in Woodland Hills, CA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$19 – $22 per hour
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as Data Entry Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Assisting in processing incoming mail and sorting, coding, and classifying records into our systems. This position reports to the Records Department Manager.
• Retrieving and referencing information for customers while conducting computer searches to provide status updates.
• Maintaining an accurate checkout system and organizing records by tabbing and charting, ensuring they are in chronological order.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role; litigation support experience is a plus.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Are reliable, demonstrate flexibility, and have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
