Pay Rate: $36-38/hr, plus $2 shift differential
2nd Shift, 4pm-2:30am, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
What’s a typical day as Process Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
- Executing preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) on production and support equipment, including fillers, vial washers, cappers, tray loaders, formulation tanks, and autoclaves
- Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues with care and urgency, restoring critical systems for uninterrupted production
- Supporting manufacturing operations during setup, changeovers, and equipment startups to ensure everything runs at the highest standard
- Always prioritizing compliance, safety, and quality—ensuring manufacturing processes exceed tough regulatory requirements
- Diligently documenting activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Initiating and participating in continuous improvement projects to boost equipment reliability and process excellence
- Sharing your expertise through on-the-job training and supporting your teammates
- Assisting with facility upgrades, equipment installation, and capital projects for long-term growth
- Leading by example in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, including safety audits, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
- Answering the call for on-site emergencies, knowing your actions help keep operations safe and productive
