Pay Rate: $50.00/hour (1-year Contract)
Shift: 8am-5pm, REMOTE position
About the Role:
Kelly is seeking a highly skilled and motivated e-Learning Specialist to join our team in New Providence, NJ. You will play an integral role in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning content and solutions for both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovative instructional design, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop impactful courses and curricula.
- Design and update interactive customer-facing and internal courses, leveraging the latest instructional design practices.
- Collaborate with the CL3 team to manage course access, ensuring only authorized internal employees can view critical training materials.
- Edit and customize automotive OEM courses for targeted customers, including holding review sessions with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and launch engaging technical training, including interactive modules and product-specific tutorials.
- Create and maintain “Meet the Team” courses to facilitate company-wide introductions.
- Convert existing CL3 courses to interactive formats and produce content that supports course creators, reviewers, and course managers.
- Manage documentation, images, and multimedia resources, setting appropriate access levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience designing learning content, with advanced ability in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
- 3–5 years’ experience working with various Learning Management Systems (LMS). Absorb LMS knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with the latest eLearning and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, or related field.
- Proficiency in Spanish or French.
