Now Hiring:  Machine Operator

Location: Rochester, NY (near Elmgrove Road/Gates area) – **Limited bus line access**

Status: Temp to hire

Pay:

  • $17.50/hour

Schedule

  • Sunday:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Monday & Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Friday:** Typically Off may be required to work 4 to 8hrs during busy season

Mandatory Overtime: During peak season, Friday becomes a mandatory workday. Overtime may consist of a **full shift (6AM – 2:30 PM)** or a **partial 4-hour shift**, depending on production needs. Employees will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Kelly is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing print manufacturing team as a Print Manufacturing Machine Operator. This is a hands-on position supporting a cross-trained production team responsible for cutting, finishing, and preparing printed materials for shipment. You’ll receive on-the-job training while gaining experience across multiple areas of the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate or assist with print finishing equipment, including rotary die cutters, guillotines, SSTs, paper cutters, and binders

  • Perform cutting, collating, assembling, and finishing of printed materials

  • Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, quantity, and product quality

  • Support team members across the production line as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Work mandatory overtime during peak production periods

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required

  • Willingness to learn machine operation through on-the-job training

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment in a production environment
