Manufacturing Technician (INSPECTOR)
Location: West Chester, OH
Shifts: 1st (6am–6pm) & 3rd (6pm–6am)
rotating schedule
Pay: $23–$26/hour
Kelly is seeking Manufacturing Technicians for a leading pharmaceutical client in West Chester. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, complete GMP documentation, and support lean/process improvement activities in a cGMP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust inspection equipment
- Conduct manual inspections with attention to detail
- Perform batch record entries and maintain accurate documentation
- Handle materials using pallet jacks and lifts
- Complete cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities
- Support process improvements and participate in 5S/Kaizen events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment; some overtime may be required
- Quality and Manufacturing
