General Operator (Year-Round – Seasonal)
Pay & Schedule

  • 1st Shift: $19.50 | 2nd & 3rd Shift: $21.50

  • 36–48+ hours/week, with overtime and multiple start dates available

What You’ll Do Rotate across production, warehouse, and agricultural operations: seed processing/packaging, forklift and warehouse work, loading/unloading, quality inspections, data entry, harvest support, and facility upkeep.
What We’re Looking For

  • HS Diploma/GED preferred; basic computer skills

  • Able to lift up-to 60 lbs. and be on your feet all shift

  • Comfortable indoors/outdoors in varying weather; forklift experience a plus

Corn Sorter (Seasonal – Fall Harvest)
Pay & Schedule

  • Day shift, 8–12 hours based on production needs

  • $15.89–$17.00 (varies by location); overtime possible during peak season

What You’ll Do Inspect and sort corn for quality, identify and remove off-spec material, and support harvest/production operations while following safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail on repetitive tasks

  • Able to stand in one area for extended periods

  • Dependable, works well independently and on a team

  • Comfortable with dust and agricultural allergen exposure

Requirements for Both Roles

  • Must be 18+, able to read/write/communicate in English, and pass a background check and drug screening

  • Resume required (General Operator); steel-toe boots required (General Operator)

  • Tobacco-free facility
