Pay Rate: $23.00-$28.00 /hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM

What’s a typical day as Tester? You’ll be:

  • Operating automated electronic test equipment on circuit board assemblies and subassemblies

  • Ensuring product quality meets or exceeds industry workmanship standards

  • Loading and unloading test fixtures properly

  • Correctly labeling, stamping, or marking boards and filling out tags

  • Using a bar-code scanner for accurate tracking

  • Maintaining a continuous flow of the manufacturing line and meeting production goals

  • Advising supervisors and the diagnostic department of recurring test failures for prompt action

  • Ensuring process control sheets are accurate before moving parts to the next process

  • Keeping your assigned area clean and organized

  • Adhering to all safety and health regulations, as well as company policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Bring six months to one year of experience in a relevant production or testing role, or equivalent education/experience

  • Can obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications

  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to quality and safety

  • Are able to follow standardized procedures and visuals for assigned test operations

  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
