Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our elementary school team for the upcoming school year.
This part-time opportunity begins in mid-August and offers a consistent daytime schedule with the potential to transition into a full-time position for candidates who are interested.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and student performance.
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and other communication needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, district, and Kelly Pediatric Therapy policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable).
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain all required state and district clearances.
