Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services to elementary and middle school students. Whether you’re looking for a full-time opportunity or prefer a part-time schedule (3 days per week), this position offers the flexibility to fit your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in students’ educational journeys.
As a valued member of the school team, you’ll provide evaluations, direct occupational therapy services, collaborate with educators and families, and may also support (MTSS) initiatives to help students succeed in the classroom.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual and small-group settings.
- Complete timely documentation, evaluation reports, progress notes, and service logs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
- Support students’ fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-regulation, and functional participation within the school environment.
- Collaborate on MTSS initiatives and provide consultation to school staff as appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active state Occupational Therapist license.
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to obtain all required state and district clearances.
