Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $32-$35/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Hybrid in West Chester, PA (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

What’s a typical day as a Program Business Analyst? You’ll be:
• Providing business process and system support to end-users within the J&J MedTech business and healthcare professionals for various systems, following internal escalation procedures.
• Supporting Business Process Owner initiatives by analyzing operational effectiveness and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Performing complex business root cause analysis to troubleshoot across various platforms while tracking and supporting break/fix or enhancements from intake through deployment.
• Monitor and maintain system data, conduct quarterly audits, and perform data analysis.
• Assist with user and approval configuration setup across various platforms.
• Act as the liaison between support teams and the MedTech business supporting User Acceptance Testing, and production environment verification activities.
• Collect, document, and maintain business requirements and process flows to support system enhancements, project initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Ability to build effective internal and external relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support data analytics and reporting needs.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, documents, and presentations to communicate findings and insights to management and relevant teams.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered).
• Have 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, business systems support, or operations support.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Experience preferred in any of the following areas: Supporting enterprise business applications, managing system related issues through resolution, business process analysis, business system administration.
• Experience with Visio, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow or similar tools preferred
• MS Office Suite proficiency required, including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
