Kelly® is seeking Entry-Level Maintenance Technicians for a IT facility in Taylor, TX! (Prior Maintenance Technician experience in manufacturing/warehouse is required)
Shift & Pay Rate:
Monday-Friday/8am-5pm (Overtime as needed)
$22.00 hour
Weekly pay!
Temp to Hire (based on performance/attendance)
- Assist with assembling, repairing, and maintaining production fixtures, assembly lines, chairs, and office equipment.
- Aid in basic plumbing repairs (restroom fixtures, PVC, copper, and modular systems).
- Support basic sheet metal fabrication and modification.
- Help with replacing basic electrical fixtures and plug-and-play devices (120-480vac).
- Assist with troubleshooting using multimeters (voltage/continuity).
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical equipment under supervision.
- Participate in PM and PdM activities on conveyance systems.
- Support spill response efforts and maintain safe work practices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts safely (training provided).
- Utilize CMMS for basic work orders and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams, MS Office).
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors.
Preferred (Training Available)
- Forklift or aerial lift certification.
- Previous maintenance experience a plus but not required.
