Kelly® is seeking Maintenance Technicians for Taylor, TX

Prior Maintenance Technician experience is required for consideration

Starting pay starting at $22/hr +
Great hours: 8am to 5p Mon-Friday, OT as needed

Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in our facility’s daily operations. You will support routine upkeep of equipment and spaces, address maintenance requests promptly, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians and site leadership, embracing new challenges every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform facility and equipment maintenance, including basic repairs and detailed inspections.

  • Respond to maintenance requests and proactively address issues to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Assist with mechanical, building, and utility maintenance tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members and uphold site safety standards.

  • Maintain work space cleanliness and organization.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

  • Forklift Certified (Sit-Down): Must have previous certification (OSHA certification not required).

  • Detail-Oriented & Safety-Focused: Demonstrated experience maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental, health, and safety rules.

  • Reliability & Initiative: Proven track record of dependability and proactive maintenance support in a facility or similar environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Eagerness to learn and support a facility driving technological innovation.

  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively
