Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Shifts: Monday-Friday | 10:00AM – 6:00PM & 11:00AM – 7:00PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Medicare members, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers

  • Assisting with claim and prescription-related issues via phone and email

  • Clearly explaining benefits and resolving inquiries with patience and care

  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all member interactions

  • Collaborating with internal teams to research and resolve complex cases

  • Following up consistently to ensure issues are fully resolved

  • Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and completing all required training


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare or insurance environment (must have)

  • Possess knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Part D, and general insurance terminology (preferred)

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Show strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Can multi-task, stay focused, and pay close attention to detail

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Are comfortable navigating internal databases and web-based platforms

  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and professionalism
