Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.00 per hour
1st Shift: Monday – Friday 5:00 am – 1:30 pm
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
** Schedule can vary based on production needs. **

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:

  • Supporting production, business, and other processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment

  • Performing activities across production planning, quality management, material management, equipment, and process improvement

  • Assisting in cross-functional projects and supporting process re-engineering initiatives

  • Following detailed procedures and guidelines, and making straightforward decisions as needed

  • Providing training to peers, facilitating work teams, and interacting with internal and external customers for problem resolution and process improvement

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Are able to follow detailed instructions and established guidelines

  • Possess a willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a team-based environment

  • Are comfortable performing routine, manual tasks and making simple judgment calls

  • No prior manufacturing experience required – training provided!
