At Kelly®, we’re passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. How about this one? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work at a premier manufacturing client in Phoenix, AZ. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.
Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.00 per hour
1st Shift: Monday – Friday 5:00 am – 1:30 pm
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
** Schedule can vary based on production needs. **

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:
- Supporting production, business, and other processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment
- Performing activities across production planning, quality management, material management, equipment, and process improvement
- Assisting in cross-functional projects and supporting process re-engineering initiatives
- Following detailed procedures and guidelines, and making straightforward decisions as needed
- Providing training to peers, facilitating work teams, and interacting with internal and external customers for problem resolution and process improvement
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Are able to follow detailed instructions and established guidelines
- Possess a willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a team-based environment
- Are comfortable performing routine, manual tasks and making simple judgment calls
- No prior manufacturing experience required – training provided!
