Kelly Science is seeking a Senior QA Associate (Raw Material Release) to join a growing team located in Bristol, PA.
 
Pay: $48-57/hour depending on experience
Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm OR 10:00am-6:00pm
Employment Type: Full Time; 3-6 month contract
 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of raw material packets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness for QA verification and warehouse release, including the application of physical green stickers.

  • Perform QA verification of received materials, monitoring for adherence to quality standards and promptly addressing any discrepancies or non-conformances.

  • Manage the batch record review and disposition process, ensuring all production documentation meets regulatory and internal requirements for final release.

  • Collaborate effectively with warehouse, production, and QA teams to facilitate efficient material movement and documentation flow, maintaining robust records for audits and inspections.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific related field

  • 3–5 years of GMP experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment

  • Strong understanding of GMP documentation practices, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and ALCOA principles.

  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and maintaining accurate, compliant records per regulatory and internal guidelines.

  • Strong understanding of batch records

  • Previous QA experience is strongly preferred
