What’s a typical day as a Quality Control Inspector? You’ll be:
•    Conducting incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
•    Auditing and analyzing materials, components, and finished products for quality, and supporting timely resolution of deviations.
•    Documenting and following up on non-conformities, maintaining accurate inspection and quality records.
•    Supporting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
•    Communicating with suppliers regarding quality issues and participating in internal/external audits.
•    Operating and interpreting measuring and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, electronic measuring tools).
•    Providing technical guidance and quality-related training for production teams.
•    Upholding and promoting a strong safety culture by adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
•    Have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred).
•    Bring 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing quality control 
•    Possess a solid knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM).
•    Are familiar with electrical or mechanical systems and able to read technical schematics.
•    Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
•    Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
•    Understand and are committed to maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
•    Have working proficiency in Microsoft Office.
