Kelly Services is seeking a motivated Logistics Specialist to join our partner at their state-of-the-art Louisville distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate picking and packing of marketed product based on shipping orders

  • Moving products and supplies using manual and powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, walkie riders, turret trucks)

  • Performing physical inventory counts and equipment safety checks

  • High-accuracy data entry into various systems (SAP)

  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

  • Creating and storing records following corporate policy

  • Participating in project activity, process investigations, and communication as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5-6 years’ industry experience

  • BA/BS in Life or Physical Sciences preferred (or equivalent experience in inventory management, Bio/Pharma industry)

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions (verbal and written)

  • Basic math and computer skills (SAP experience a plus)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work with flexibility: overtime, holidays, weekends, and on various shifts as required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly

  • Stand for extended periods

  • Adherence to all safety policies and use of safety equipment
