Kelly® is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to a cold storage logistics company in Milwaukee, WI!
Are you an experienced stand-up reach forklift operator looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay? Kelly is partnering with a global leader in temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics, to hire dependable forklift operators for multiple shifts. If you’re safety-focused, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements — Only those meeting these requirements will be considered:
- Previous stand-up reach forklift experience is required.
- Ability to work in freezer temperatures as low as -20°F while wearing company-provided freezer gear and PPE.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.
Pay
- 1st Shift: $20.50 per hour
- 3rd Shift: $22.50 per hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)
Employees hired permanently by Lineage earn:
- 1st Shift: $22.00 per hour
- 3rd Shift: $24.00 per hour (includes shift differential)

1st Shift
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5 openings)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 opening)
3rd Shift
- Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (1 opening)
- Monday-Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (1 opening)
- Tuesday-Friday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (1 opening)
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, put away, and stage palletized inventory in elevated rack locations.
- Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and trailers.
- Use RF scanners to accurately record product information, inventory counts, and locations.
- Complete daily forklift inspections and perform basic equipment checks.
- Maintain battery charging stations and equipment cleanliness.
- Follow all company safety policies while working in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
