Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hr
Shift: 1st (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)

What’s a typical day as Logistics Warehouse Specialist? You’ll be:
- Coordinating all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, including planning and distribution processes
- Executing warehousing operations such as packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching goods safely and efficiently
- Maintaining complete and accurate data entry in ERP and transportation management systems
- Managing receipt, storage, and inventory of products within the warehouse
- Working closely with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate direct shipments to customers
- Scheduling and booking shipments with carriers, communicating and coordinating requests to ensure on-time arrival
- Sorting and arranging materials for storage, picking components for dispatch, packing pallets, and transporting boxes
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Possess at least 4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics and proven logistics coordination experience (required)
- Hold an active Forklift Certification or can obtain one within 30 days (required)
- Are legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided)
- Are comfortable and experienced working in a warehouse environment
- Have prior experience with international logistics, transportation, and customs clearance (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and inclusiveness skills
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications and familiar with warehouse safety protocols
- Can work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Are able to interface effectively with all levels of internal and external customers
