Job Title: Benefits and Eligibility Specialist
Location: Tucson, AZ
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday, Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.61/hour
Contract: 8 weeks
Kelly is seeking a Benefits and Eligibility Specialist for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You’ll support public assistance applicants by reviewing eligibility, processing applications, and helping resolve client concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify public assistance applications and determine eligibility.
- Interview applicants, verify information, and follow up as needed.
- Clearly explain program rules to claimants, agencies, and employers.
- Advise clients on benefit options and assist them in accessing programs.
- Participate in paid, in-person training at the start of your assignment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in data review and customer service preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be local to Tucson, AZ and able to train in person for 7 weeks.
