We at Kelly® are here for you! We’re hiring Material Handlers and Assembly Line Packing associates on both 1st and 2nd shifts for a premier employer, Cummins, in Florence, KY

Temp-to-hire opportunities available!

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & PAY RATES:

  • Material Handler – 1st Shift: $18/hr (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm)

  • Material Handler – 2nd Shift: $19/hr (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm)

  • Assembly/Packing – 1st Shift: $17/hr (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm)

  • Assembly/Packing – 2nd Shift: $18/hr (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm) Overtime as needed. All positions are temp/performance to hire.

Material Handler Job Duties:

  • Operate reach truck and other Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) (Pacer Truck, cherry picker)

  • Pick orders from racks using RF scanner (truck and by foot)

  • Inspect forklifts and complete reports/documents

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety

  • Reliable attendance and overtime flexibility

  • Steel toe or composite shoes REQUIRED

  • Prior reach truck/PIT experience REQUIRED

Assembly Line Packing Job Duties:

  • Pack auto parts on an assembly line

  • Inspect auto parts for quality

  • Keep the work area/building clean

  • Opportunity to train on forklift available

  • Reliable attendance and overtime flexibility

  • Steel toe or composite shoes REQUIRED
