Kelly is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join Cummins’ safe, clean, and team-oriented warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable employer, earn competitive pay, and potentially transition to a full-time position.
Position Details
- Location: Florence, KY
- Pay: $18–$19 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Overtime on Saturdays
- Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will:
- Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pacers
- Pick and move products using RF scanners, both on equipment and on foot
- Inspect forklifts and complete required documentation
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain excellent attendance
- Support daily warehouse operations as part of a dependable team
What You’ll Need
- No forklift experience? No problem! We’ll provide training for motivated candidates who are excited to learn how to operate stand-up/Pacer forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes
- Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork
