$25.37 – $29.57/hour + 10% Night Shift Differential

Signode is growing and is hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Florence, KY. We’re looking for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, making process adjustments, and working in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
Whether you have experience in extrusion, plastics, packaging, continuous manufacturing, or other heavy industrial processes, we’d love to speak with you.

Schedule
12-hour rotating schedule:
Day Shift
6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift
6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
2-2-3 Rotation
Week 1
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
This schedule provides every other weekend off while allowing for multiple days off during the week.
What You’ll Do
- Operate advanced manufacturing and production equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality
- Make machine and process adjustments while equipment is operating
- Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
- Perform product changeovers and machine setups
- Complete quality inspections and documentation
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to maximize efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating manufacturing or industrial production equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience making machine or process adjustments
- Ability to identify quality issues and make corrections
- Experience in continuous manufacturing is a plus
- Experience with extrusion, plastics, packaging, paper, food manufacturing, chemicals, metals, or similar industrial processes is highly preferred
- Lead operator, senior operator, or process operator experience is a plus
