Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$22.00–$24.00 per hour
Shift:
2nd Shift – 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday. Willingness to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed.

What’s a typical day as Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, pick, and put away products and materials.
- Managing and fulfilling material requests; ensuring timely delivery of materials to production and storage areas.
- Following work instructions and SOPs to complete daily tasks accurately.
- Supporting physical inventories and cycle counts, utilizing FIFO and FEFO practices.
- Communicating issues or improvement suggestions to management professionally.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements for efficiency and safety.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Performing order fulfillment, picking, packing, processing transfer orders, and handling samples.
- Executing put-away tasks and assisting with warehouse upkeep.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Bring 5–7 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment, including shipping and receiving (required).
- Possess proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Are able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); NetSuite experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
- Are proficient with computers and handheld devices for inventory and workflow tasks.
- Follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Exhibit a dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have prior experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
