Senior Recruiter – Development Science Team
Kelly Services
Location: US-IL-Lake County (Hybrid Preferred: 3 Days Onsite | Tuesday–Thursday)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $50/hour | Contract: 6 Months (Strong Potential to Extend to 12 Months)
About the Role
Kelly Services is searching for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our Development Science team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, consultative recruiting partner excited to make a real impact in the healthcare space. This is a hybrid role based in Lake County, IL, with the flexibility of remote work and significant opportunity for contract extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Development Science positions—including sourcing, pre-screening, presenting a diverse slate of candidates, and efficiently managing 20+ open requisitions.
- Develop recruiting reports, track market trends, and present hiring metrics to leadership.
- Serve as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers and team leaders.
- Update and manage SmartRecruiter ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Prepare and approve offer packages by providing competitive market analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (7+ preferred) with demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and methods.
- Experience recruiting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SmartRecruiter or similar ATS platforms preferred.
- Exceptional business presence with the ability to build relationships, provide insights, and influence hiring decisions.
