We’re seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator to work at a premier warehouse facility in Louisville, KY 40258. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- $20.00/hour for 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- $21.00/hour for 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

What’s a typical day as Shipping & Receiving Operator? You’ll be:
- Loading and unloading trailers using forklifts and electric pallet jacks while following strict safety procedures
- Reading and following computerized work orders to determine product quantities and types for shipment
- Locating and picking requested items within the warehouse, inspecting for damages, and reporting discrepancies
- Packing, sealing, and labeling pallets for shipping using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment
- Verifying shipments and maintaining precise inventory documentation through RF systems
- Alerting leadership to product or material issues and assisting in resolution as directed
- Helping clean and organize the warehouse at the end of your shift
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior warehouse experience (preferred)
- Are skilled in operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment
- Can identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet ID numbers
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Can work in temperatures as low as -20°F and up to 100°F with provided PPE
- Are able to lift at least 40 lbs. and possibly heavier weights as required
- Show reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility including weekend shifts if needed
- Are comfortable working in varying noise levels
