We’re seeking a Reach Truck Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift to work at a premier warehouse facility in Louisville, KY. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- $20.00/hour for 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- $21.00/hour for 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

What’s a typical day as a Reach Truck Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating reach trucks to move palletized materials, stock, and products efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Putting away and picking pallets from rack locations above floor height for outbound shipments
- Recording materials, counts, and conditions via Radio Frequency (RF) system
- Loading and unloading materials, completing daily forklift checklists, and ensuring proper charging and maintenance of equipment
- Following strict safety protocols and maintaining a high level of productivity and consistent attendance
- Handling materials in both cold storage (as low as -20°F) and dry storage environments as required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior warehouse experience (required)
- Have proven reach truck operation experience in a fast-paced environment
- Possess basic math skills and can understand instructions in English
- Are able to work in extremely cold or warm temperatures with provided PPE and freezer gear
- Can reliably lift up to 40 lbs (heavier weights may apply) and work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed
- Are committed to safety and have reliable attendance and punctuality
