Forklift Operators

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM OT is available
  

• Pay rate: $20.75hr 
  

• Position Type: Temp to Hire

  
How You Will Contribute:

• Efficiently pick and move parts according to customer orders and place them accurately in designated storage locations
  

• Carefully read and interpret orders, shipping instructions, and documentation to ensure accurate handling of inventory
  

• Utilize reach trucks and clamp forklifts to move, stage, and organize products per standard work instructions
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  

• Adapt to schedule fluctuations based on business needs and production targets
  

• Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as assigned
  

• Safely operate both reach truck and clamp forklift equipment
  

• Manage inbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
  

• Unload, move, and stage materials efficiently
  

• Strictly follow safety protocols and procedures

 
What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience operating reach trucks and clamp forklifts (certification required)
  

• High school diploma or GED
  

• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
  

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and within set parameters
  

• Willingness to work assigned shift hours as determined by business needs
  

• Successful completion of an interview and skills assessment
