Kelly is hiring experienced Reach Truck and Clamp Forklift Operators for a leading global logistics and supply chain company in Perris, CA.
Join a fast-paced, team-oriented facility where safety, accuracy, and performance are valued. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
Location: Perris, CA
1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. — $20.25 per hour
2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. — $20.75 per hour
Overtime: Available based on business needs
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Operate reach trucks and clamp forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, move, stage, and organize parts according to customer orders
• Load, unload, and accurately place materials in designated locations
• Read and follow orders, shipping instructions, and warehouse documentation
• Manage inbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow all safety procedures and standard work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with team members to meet production and business goals
• Adapt to schedule changes and perform additional duties as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Previous experience operating reach trucks and clamp forklifts is required.
• Current forklift certification required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Availability to work the assigned shift based on business needs
• Successful completion of an interview and skills assessment
