Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring dependable General Labor / Assembly Workers for a long-term, temp-to-permanent opportunity with Art Guild.
Position Details
Company: Art Guild
Location: 136 Odessa Drive, Statesville, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Long-Term, Temp-to-Perm

Position Summary
This is a hands-on assembly position supporting daily production needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, have strong attendance, and be comfortable using basic hand tools, including a drill.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to instructions
- Use basic hand tools, including drills
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support general production and warehouse needs
- Follow all safety and workplace procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must be able to complete all required onboarding steps
No steel-toe shoes are required. No PPE is required unless otherwise instructed onsite.
