Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17+/hour

Shifts:
Day shift: 7am – 3:30pm/5:30pm/7:30pm, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday and/or Sunday
Mid shift: 3pm – 11:30pm/1:30am, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday and/or Sunday
Ability to work long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime as needed

What’s a typical day as Production Technician I? You’ll be:

• Operating machinery and equipment in production areas to ensure efficient workflow
  

• Moving and organizing materials within the production environment
  

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspace at all times
  

• Adhering to all company and client policies, procedures, and safety standards
  

• Monitoring and operating equipment and facilities for quality and compliance with standard operating procedures
  

• Initiating and following emergency procedures when necessary

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have knowledge of production agriculture and plant operations (preferred)
  

• Can safely perform duties in a timely manner while maintaining product quality
  

• Are able to work independently or as part of a team and adapt to changing conditions
  

• Can make independent decisions and anticipate operational needs
  

• Are able to pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings
  

• Have reliable transportation and can arrive at work as scheduled
  

• Possess a positive attitude, honesty, and show respect to all team members
  

• Are able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  

• Can lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds, work indoors and outdoors, and walk on uneven surfaces
  

• Are comfortable wearing required PPE (coveralls, earplugs, full-face respirator, gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe shoes, Tychem or Tyvek apron, face shield, sleeves)
