Salary & Shift Details:
- $30.84 per hour
- 1st Shift: 7AM–3:30PM (Enjoy your evenings free!)

What you’ll be doing:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on systems like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, and more.
- Conduct routine inspections to spot and fix any issues.
- Keep track of your work in our maintenance system (CMMS).
- Respond quickly to equipment alarms and emergencies to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Bring at least 5 years’ experience as a facilities or maintenance technician (in manufacturing or lab settings).
- Know your way around at least two of the following: electrical, HVAC-R, plumbing, pipefitting, boilers, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or water purification systems.
- (Bonus points if you know BMS/Metasys systems or have used CMMS like Infor EAM!)
- Are comfortable completing pre-employment checks (background, drug screen, etc.).
