Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.84/hour

Shift: 1st (7AM-3:30PM)

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Facilities Technician? You’ll be:

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems.

  • Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs.

  • Documenting all work activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Responding to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to ensure safe and efficient operations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).

  • Bring at least 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment (required).

  • Possess working knowledge in at least two of the following areas: electrical systems, HVAC-R, plumbing/pipefitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI.

  • Preferably have experience with BMS (particularly Metasys Laboratory facility) and CMMS (Infor EAM).

  • Are able and willing to comply with all pre-employment requirements, including criminal history, drug testing, FDA debar list, confidentiality/IP agreements, education and employment verification, and background checks.
