Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.00/hour (paid weekly)

Shift: Day Shift, 1st shift 7am-3pm, Willing to work flexible hours as necessary

What’s a typical day as Feeder Operator? You’ll be:

  • Inspecting cartons for defects and packing products for shipment

  • Verifying case label information and case counts at the start of production runs

  • Pulling samples for quality audit inspections and checking proper folding and gluing

  • Identifying non-conformity cartons and sorting cartons for quality defects

  • Assisting with line clearance upon order completion and keeping work areas clean

  • Operating in compliance with safety policies, regulations, and PPE requirements

  • Supporting department standards in 5S and SQF guidelines, and reporting any food safety concerns

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Bring at least 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred)

  • Are able to wear steel or composite toe boots or shoes as required

  • Demonstrate strong mathematical skills and understanding of measurements

  • Show a solid commitment to attendance, safety, and teamwork

  • Can perform the physical tasks required for the role

  • Are willing to work flexible hours as needed
