Pick Packer/ Stand up Forklift 

Location: Fairfield, OH
Shift: 12:00pm – 9:00pm, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $19.19 per hour

Must be willing to cross train!

Position Overview:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory.

  • Perform physical duties including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory (up to 70 lbs).

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including stand up forklift, cherry picker, pallet jacks, and push carts, safely and effectively.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse; follow all safety procedures and complete daily safety inspections.

  • Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identify and store product, and follow SAP processes.

  • Pack customer orders to exact specifications and ensure timely delivery as needed (may involve operating company delivery vehicle).

  • Meet all driving and PPE requirements as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 70 lbs during your shift.

  • Operate warehouse equipment per manufacturer and safety instructions.

  • Work in varied warehouse conditions: temperature fluctuations, seasonal changes, and inclement weather.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Effective communication, reading, and mathematical skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work under close supervision and complete all required training.

  • Commitment to safety and compliance.
