Kelly is seeking a highly autonomous, hands-on Project Manager to drive large-impact, concurrent facilities and manufacturing projects at our Pewaukee campus. This leader will deliver three transformative projects: a comprehensive office remodel, a large-scale document digitization initiative, and a warehouse redesign. You’ll collaborate with all levels of the organization (and third-party vendors) to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
Responsibilities
- Project Delivery:
- Independently manage project life cycles from initiation through completion—leading 2 facilities projects and 1 warehouse redesign.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all internal teams and external contractors.

- Team Coordination:
- Communicate logistics and updates to all site employees (~85 people) for the office remodel.
- Lead cross-functional teams (10–12 members per project) for digitization and warehouse efforts.

- Coordinate suppliers/contractors, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Document Oversight:
- Supervise evaluation, cataloging, and destruction/archive of physical documents, adhering to information protection standards.

- Planning & Reporting:
- Develop timelines, project plans, documentation, and regular status reports.
- Track deliverables, manage change, and ensure all requirements are met.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading facilities and/or manufacturing projects
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently, and able to motivate/align cross-functional teams
- Experience managing external vendors and complex schedules
- Familiarity with document management and proprietary information handling is a plus
